Rarity Bay sits on Tellico Lake in Vonore, where golf, the marina, and the water shape how homes are built and enjoyed. Many houses are designed to be seen from the lake as much as from the street, with layered rooflines and outdoor living that faces the water.
We design the display around your home's architecture and how it's seen, supply the lights, and install everything with our own crew. During the season we keep it working, and when the holidays are over we take it all down and store it until next year.
