WindRiver sits on Tellico Lake in Lenoir City, with golf, water views, and homes built to take advantage of both. Houses here tend to have tall, layered rooflines, stone and timber details, and outdoor living spaces that face the lake. A holiday display should be as considered as the home itself.
We design the lighting around your home's architecture and how it's seen, from the street, the fairway, or the water. We supply the lights, install them with our own crew, keep them working all season, and take everything down and store it afterward.
Lighting WindRiver homes
Tall, layered rooflines
Multiple gables and roof heights look spectacular outlined in warm white. We plan clean, evenly spaced runs so every line reads from a distance.
Lake-facing views
Many homes are seen as much from the water side as the front. We'll talk through which sides, decks, and railings to light.
Entries and landscaping
Lit walkways, wrapped trees, and wreaths at the entry create a welcoming arrival for holiday guests.
