Kahite, in Vonore beside Tellico Village, pairs a championship golf course with access to Tellico Lake. Homes here are often seen from the course as well as the street, and many have the kind of rooflines and stonework that look beautiful lit.
We design the display around your home's architecture and how it's seen, supply the lights, and install everything with our own crew. During the season we keep it working, and when the holidays are over we take it all down and store it until next year.
Lighting Kahite homes
Seen from the fairway
Homes along the course are seen from behind as well as in front. We'll plan the lighting for every side people actually see.
Rooflines worth showing off
Multiple gables, tall peaks, and stone or timber details look spectacular outlined in warm white. We plan clean, evenly spaced runs so every line reads from a distance.
Entries, trees, and landscaping
Lit walkways, wrapped trees, and wreaths at the entry create a warm arrival for holiday guests.
